Boracay Island budget travel guide
 Boracay Island is situated off the Northern coast of Panay. You get here via ferryboat from Caticlan. You will be required to fill out a visitors form at the tourist centre before you get on the boat. Depending on the season you will either land at Station 3 on White beach or at the Harbour in Manoc-manoc. Most of the accommodation on Boracay is located around White beach. White beach is divided into three sections.
. BALABAG. (STATION 1). MANGGAYAD. (STATION 2). ANGOL. (STATION 3).
 As you disembark the boat hawkers offering you accommodation at inflated prices will doubtless approach you. These people can be very persistent often following you making conversation. After the hassle of your trip this is the last thing you need. Simply turn right and head 200 meters to the English bakery where you will find the recommended hotels below.
 Our hotel of choice is the Villa Camilla in Angol. The Villa Camilla has added new rooms recently, however it would be hard to match the ambience of the upstairs rooms in the old building
 You can expect to pay $30 to $40 (1300-1600 pesos) to spend the night here. Quite reasonable if you consider luxury essential in paradise. The hotel features a private swimming pool with a swim up bar
