 A $2 dollar Taxi drive towards the coast brings you to the Punta Villa.
   There's swimming pools, Diving boards, waterslides as well as a Bar / restaurant and gardens to stroll around.

It must be said Taxi drivers in Iloilo are not as devious as their Manila cousins. It's quite affordable to be chauffered around down here
Dinayang festival Iloilo 2007

The Dinagyang festival takes place during the 3rd and fourth weeks of Janurary every year. Wild folk in warrior costume come down from the mountains to bang drums and parade the streets during this colourful event honouring the Sto. Nino.
